摘  要:为对火龙果炭疽病病的防治提供理论依据,对从火龙果炭疽病病株上分离得到的病原菌进行形态特征、致病性以及核糖体DNA.ITS序列分析。结果表明,引起火龙果炭疽病的炭疽菌有2种,一种分生孢子为镰刀形,该菌在PDA培养基上PDA培养基上菌落生长圆形,呈莲花状;另一种分生孢子为椭圆形,PDA培养基上菌落生长圆形。克隆分析菌株的核糖体DNA.ITS区域序列,弯孢病原菌与C.truncatum的菌株同源性高达100%,直孢病原菌与C.gloeosporioides的菌株同源性高达100%,结合形态学鉴定引起火龙果炭疽病病原菌为半知菌亚门腔孢纲黑盘孢目炭疽菌属(Colletotrichum)的C.truncatum和C.gloeosporioides。Pathogen isolates causing pitaya C.gbeosporioide were identified by morphological characteristics,pathogenicity and the sequence of ribosmal DNA-ITS to provide a theoretical reference for prevention and control of pitaya C.gloeosporioide.Results:there were two colletotrichum species causing pitaya C.gloeosporioide.one was sickle shaped,the bacteria in PDA culture medium was growing round,a lotus shaped,another anthrax spores was oval,PDA medium for colony growth circle.Ribosomal DNA.ITS region sequence analysis of cloned strains indicated that Curvularia pathogens and C.truncatum strains had as high as 100 % homology,straight spore pathogen and C.gloeosporioides strains had 100 % homology,combined with morphological identification,pathogenic bacteria causing pitaya C.gloeosporioide was C.truncatum and C.gloeosporioides of the genera Colletotrichum.
