摘  要:通过外源GA3诱导魔芋开花,采用联苯胺-过氧化氢法测定柱头可授性、花粉离体萌发试验和田间试验、形态观察相结合的方法对诱导花的育性进行了研究。结果表明,GA3可诱导营养生长期魔芋球茎开花,诱导率随处理浓度增高而升高;诱导花主要生物学特性与正常花一致,花魔芋诱导花的花期推迟约70 d,白魔芋诱导花的花期推迟约30 d;诱导花的雌、雄花均可育,并随GA3处理浓度升高表现为育性降低;田间授粉结果表明,以诱导花为亲本的杂交组合可获得杂交种子。Konjac flowering was induced by exogenous GA,.Hie fertility of induced flower was studied by combination of series of approaches,including stigma receptivity estimation using benzidine-H2O2 method,pollen germination in vitro,field experiments and morphological observation.The results showed that GA3 induced konjac corms flowedng at vegetative stage.Higher GA3 concentration caused higher flowering rate.The main biologics1 characterstics of induced flower were consistent with those of normal flower,and induced Amoqdwphallus konjac flower delayed about 70 days for flowering,while flowering of Amorphophallus albus flower delayed about 30 days.Both induced female and male flowers were fertile,while the fertility mduoed as the GA3 cmcentration increased.Pollination experiment in field revealed that hybridization between parents with induced followers could produce hybrid seeds.
