摘 要:为铁皮石斛炼苗期适宜栽培基质的选用提供参考,以铁皮石斛组培苗为材料,采取盘栽试验研究炼苗期树皮基质与水苔基质对铁皮石斛幼苗生长动态的影响。结果表明:采用水苔基质栽植铁皮石斛幼苗的新根萌发快,新芽分蘖力较强,幼苗生长强壮,叶色浓绿;而采用树皮基质栽植的幼苗根系萌发慢、易出现失水萎蔫、叶片发黄或脱落现象。在炼苗结束时,树皮基质和水苔基质栽植铁皮石斛幼苗的叶厚为(0.57±0.09)和(0.68±0.11)mm,茎粗为(2.76±0.47)和(3.38±0.75)mm,差异均达极显著;株高为(58.1±10.5)和(66.8±13.9)mm,叶宽为(7.6±1.1)和(8.4±1.4)mm,根长为(54.4±15.0)和(63.3±15.9)mm,根数为(18.9±4.9)和(25.3±5.7)条/丛,生物量为(0.217±0.014)和(0.259±0.008)g/10株,差异均达显著;而两种基质栽植幼苗的叶长、叶数、节数、根粗及根冠比差异不显著。建议:铁皮石斛炼苗期选用水苔作为幼苗栽植基质较好。Dendrobium officinale plantlets were cultivated in pots with bark and sphagnum moss substrate respectively during the hardeningseeding stage to study the effect of different substrate on growth dynamics of Dendrobium officinale plantlets.The plantlets cultivated in pots with sphagnum moss substrate have advantages of fast root germination,strong bud tillering ability and health plantlets with dark green leaves but the plantlets cultivated in pots with bark substrate performance slow root germination and poor plantlets with yellow leaves and leaf abscission.The leaf thickness and stem diameter of plantlets cultivated in pots with sphagnum moss substrate are very significantly higher than the plantlets cultivated in pots with bark substance.The height,leaf width,root length,root number/cluster,biomass/ten plantlets of the plantlets cultivated in pots with sphagnum moss substrate are significantly higher than the plantlets cultivated in pots with bark substrate but there are no significant differences in leaf length,leaf number,node number and root/shoot ratio between two substrates.In conclusion,sphagnum moss substrate should be used during the hardening-seedling stage of Dendrobium officinale plantlets.
