摘  要:采用流水式封闭呼吸装置对不同水温条件下(9 ~30℃)达氏鲟幼鱼的耗氧率和呼吸频率进行了研究.结果表明:在试验温度范围内,达氏鲟幼鱼耗氧率和呼吸频率都有随水温升高逐渐上升的趋势,耗氧率从9℃的(0.0314±0.0049) mgO2·g^-1·h^-1逐渐升至30℃的(0.2292±0.0276) mg O2·g^-1·h^-1,增加7.3倍.呼吸频率从9℃的(57.88±14.04)次/min,逐渐上升至30℃的(126.10±13.45)次/min,增加2.2倍.此外,达氏鲟幼鱼耗氧率昼夜节律测定结果表明,其昼均耗氧率为(0.1259±0.0075)mg O2·g^-1·h^-1,略低于夜均耗氧率(0.1278±0.0087)mgO2·g^-1·h^-1,但方差分析二者无显著差异(P>0.05),表明达氏鲟幼鱼耗氧率并不存在明显的昼夜节律.The oxygen consumption rate and respiratory frequency of Dabry's sturgeon juvenile was measured in current closed breathing equipment under different temperature (from 9 to 30 ℃).The results showed that the oxygen consumption rate and respiratory frequency of Dabry's sturgeon juvenile were both increased as the temperature increased under tested conditions.The oxygen consumption rate range from (0.0314 ±0.0049) to (0.2292 ±0.0276) mgO2·g^-1·h^-1 and the respiratory frequency range from(57.88 ± 14.04) to(126.10 ± 13.45) times/min as the temperature raised from 9 to 30 ℃ increased 7.3 and 2.2 times,respectively.Besides,the circadian rhythm of the oxygen consumption rate of Dabry's sturgeon juvenile test indicated that the oxygen consumption rate in the day-time was a little lower than that in the night-time,but the analysis of variance indicated that there was no significant deviation between the two value.In other words,there was no apparent circadian rhythm in the oxygen consumption rate of Dabry's sturgeon juvenile.
