摘 要:为了获得实际筛孔尺寸和标准筛孔尺寸之间较为准确的关系,以便改善筛分效率,提出了筛孔尺寸配置的要求,研究了各层筛孔尺寸之间的关系,建立了基于筛分效率理论的筛孔尺寸优化配置模型,并对某3000型振动筛进行了筛分效率试验,找出了其第2层、第3层筛分效率过低的问题;利用筛孔尺寸优化配置模型对试验用振动筛的筛孔尺寸进行了优化配置,借助MATLAB优化工具箱进行求解。研究结果表明:第2层和第3层筛孔尺寸需略有增加,采用优化后的筛孔尺寸配置,试验用3000型振动筛的筛分效率可达到85%以上的标准要求。In order to get definite relation between actual and standard size of screen hole so as to improve the screening efficiency, the requirement of screen hole size configuration was proposed, relations among screen hole sizes in all screen decks were explored, and an optimal configuration model for screen hole sizes based on screening efficiency theory was built. An example test was conducted on a type 3000 vibrating screen with lower screening efficiencies in the second and the third decks. Optimization for the configuration of screen hole sizes was conducted with an optimal configuration model and the calculation was done with MATLAB optimization toolbox. The results show that the screen hole sizes of the second and the third decks in the tested screen need to be increased slightly. And the screening efficiency of type 3000 vibrating screen can be improved above 85%, which is required in current standard, with optimal configuration of screen hole sizes.
