摘 要:以舞狮关键技术动作为测试指标,运用文献资料、数理统计、实验等方法,对舞狮运动进行核心稳定性训练的实验研究。结果显示:核心稳定性训练通过不稳定状态支撑下的训练,在募集和调控全身各大小肌群协同做功,满足上下肢动量传递的需求,实现运动员体能和技能快速增长等方面明显优于传统体能训练,极大程度地促进了舞狮关键技术的提高,有助于运动技能的提升,是传统体能训练的有力补充与发展。This paper, taking the key actions as testing indexes, carries out a research on core stability training of lion dance by litera- ture, statistics and experiment methods. The results show that the core stability training under the support of unstable state is superior to the traditional physical training in the recruitment and regulation of the muscle groups of the whole body, meeting the needs of mo- mentum transfer of upper and lower limbs, and achieving the rapid grow- of players' physical fitness and skills, which improves the key technologies of lion dance greatly and helps players improve their skills, being a strong complement and development of the tradi- tional physical training.
