摘  要:百色水利枢纽工程规模巨大,地形、地质条件极为复杂,高坝、大库,泄洪消能功率大。通过细致的勘查、试验、分析、研究和设计论证,大胆探索、积极创新、精心设计,取得了RCC坝工程分散式枢纽布置、大规模应用辉绿岩人工骨料、动态规划法进行大坝优化设计、复杂地基上高重力坝稳定安全评价、宽尾墩联合消能工应用于130 m高坝、碾压混凝土坝温控优化、综合措施提高溢流坝面混凝土抗裂防冲耐磨性能、浅埋大跨度密集型地下厂房洞室群布置、地下水洼槽地区地下厂房渗流控制等创新成果。Baise Multipurpose Dam Project is a large-scale engineering with extremely complex topographical and geological conditions, high dam, huge reservoir capacity and high flood relief energy dissipation power. Based on thorough site investigation, testing, analysis, study and discussion, by bold exploration, active innovation, and elaborate design, the design institute had acquired and applied multiple innovation achievements for the Project such as decentralized layout of RCC main dam, high-quantity application of diabase artificial aggregate, design optimization of main dam by dynamic planning method, stability and safety appraisal of high gravity dam on complex foundation; application of tail-flaring pier joint energy dissipater for a 130m-high dam; optimization of RCC dam temperature control ; integrated measures for improving crack, scouring and abrasion resistant capabilities of overflow dam surface concrete; arrangement of centralized underground powerhouse caves with large span and shallow embedding depth ; seepage control of powerhouse accommodated in underground water groove zone.
