摘　　要：广西中央直属水库移民遗留问题处理2002-2007年规划经多次自下而上、自上而下的优化选择,按"从根本上解决移民问题"的创新思维,并与地方政府社会经济发展规划衔接,使有限资金解决突出问题。通过改善移民安置区生产资源条件、基础设施条件,扶持移民发展生产,使其形成良性循环,具备自我发展的条件,使移民安置区逐步与地方的社会和经济同步发展,达到建设和谐社会和共同富裕的目的。Guangxi 2002-2007 planning for reservoir area inhabitant resettlement legacy of reservoirs directly under central government had been subject to several times of optimization from lower level to upper level and from upper level to lower level. Aeeording to the innovation concept of thoroughly solving inhabitant resettlement problem, combining with the social and economic development planning of local government, outstanding problems were solved with limit funds. The production resource conditions and infrastructures of resettlement areas are improved, and production development of resettled inhabitants are supported, which promote the formation of good cycle and self-development situation, synchronous social and economic development between resettlement zones and local areas, and realization of the harmonious society and common prosperity.
