摘　　要：叙述了乳化混装车现状,乳化炸药生产工艺;通过建立自动控制系统数学模型,指导研发试验;找到了系统非稳定的原因,针对性综合改进。试验数据表明,炸药配方智能自动配比方案设计正确;炸药质量及一致性、装药数量精度满足矿山的严格要求。This article describes the present status of emulsified mix vehicle, emulsified explosive production technology. Through establishing automatic control system mathematical model to guide development and tests, the article finds out the reasons of system instability and comprehensively improves. Experimental data indicate that explosive formulation intelligent automatic matching program is correctly designed; explosive quality and consistency, charge number accuracy meet mines strict demand.
