脑心通胶囊对高原习服青年肝肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察口服脑心通胶囊对高原习服青年肝肾功能的影响。方法:高原习服男性青年20例,随机分为安慰剂组和脑心通组,分别给予安慰剂和脑心通胶囊口服15 d干预,对比分析2组干预前后空腹运动试验后静脉血谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)、尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)水平。结果:干预前,2组各项参数间无显著差异;干预后脑心通组的ALT、AST和BUN水平显著低于干预前(P<0.05或0.01),但安慰剂组无变化。结论:脑心通胶囊对高原习服青年的肝肾功能具有一定的保护作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Naoxintong capsule on liver and kidney functions in altitude acclimatized young men.METHODS 20 young men acclimated to altitude were randomly divided into placebo group and Naoxintong group,intervened by oral placebo capsule and Naoxintong capsule individually for 15 days.Liver and kidney functions after the exercise test were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.RESULTS The contents of ALT,AST and BUN were significantly decreased after intervention than the before in Naoxintong group,but not in the placebo group.CONCLUSION Oral Naoxintong capsule has certain protective effects on liver and kidney functions in altitude acclimatized youth.
