2012年综合性医院HIV感染患者人群的特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析四川大学华西医院人类免疫缺陷病毒感染人群的流行特征,为制定有效的防治措施提供科学依据。方法对2012年发现的430例人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者的流行病学资料进行描述性流行病学方法分析。结果 2012年四川大学华西医院共有130 546例患者进行HIV抗原抗体筛查,累计发现430例人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者,阳性率为0.33%,其中男性336例,女性94例,男女比例为3.57∶1;以20~49岁青壮年为主要感染人群（占72.78%）,老年人（〉60岁）占14.42%;汉族最多;已婚有配偶者最多,占55.58%;文化程度较低,以小学和初中为主,占56.51%;民工及农民、家务及待业人群最多,分别占25.12%和12.33%;异性传播是主要传播途径,男男同性传播在较小年龄人群中更多见。部分患者确诊时已为终末期。结论 2012年四川大学华西医院人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者以男性、20~49岁、已婚有配偶者、低文化水平者为主,异性传播是主要传播途径。应针对不同人群有针对性的开展艾滋病宣讲工作,积极倡导自愿咨询调查。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of HIV epidemic in the West China Hospital of Sichuan University, and to provide scientific evidence for developing intervention strategies. Methods The descriptive analysis was conducted on the data of 430 HIV/AIDS cases fond in 2012. Results In 2012, 130 546 were persons tested for HIV early screening of antigen and antibody, and 430 HIV/AIDS cases were reported in our hospital with positive rate of 0.33%, of which 336 were male,94 were female. The male/female ratio was 3.57： 1. Group aged 20-49 accounted for 72.78%, and group elder than 60 accounted for14.42%. The Han nationality has the highest ratio. The married is the most, accounted for 55.58%. Patients who had low education level with primary and junior high school accounted 56.51%. Workers and farmers, unemployed people ranked first and second,accounting for 25.12% and 12.33%. Heterosexual transmission was the main route of transmission. Male-male homosexual patients were more common in the younger age groups. Some patients were in end-stage when diagnosed. Conclusion Population with male,aged 20 to 49, married and low education level are at high risk of the HIV infections in our hospital, and heterosexual transmission is the main route of transmission. It＇s of great significance to strengthen the education for different people. We should actively promote voluntary counseling and investigation.
