基 金:基于麻疹消除中高危人群抗体衰减及病毒亚型基因的流行趋势研究(CSZ00N1124)
摘 要:目的了解婴儿麻疹母传抗体相关因素及抗体消长情况,为小月龄婴儿麻疹疫苗免疫策略制定提供依据。方法采集新生儿0、3、6、8月龄血清标本共计346份,使用ELLSA方法进行麻疹Ig G抗体水平检测。结果无锡市城镇和农村两个地区的新生儿麻疹母传抗体总的水平为380.09 m IU/ml,低于国内研究结果;3月龄起麻疹母传抗体水平逐年下降(χ2=143.30,P<0.001),农村婴儿抗体水平高于城镇婴儿(F=16.796,P<0.001)。结论自3月龄起母传抗体保护作用消失,成为麻疹易感儿,应考虑提前接种麻疹疫苗或育龄妇女加强免疫麻疹成分疫苗,控制小月龄麻疹发病。Objective To understand the relative factors and the changing of maternal transferred measles antibody in newborns,provide the basis for infants' measles vaccine immunization. Methods A total of 346 neonatal serum specimens were collected from0, 3, 6 and 8 months old infants as well as the ELLSA method had been employed for detection of measles Ig G antibody level.Results In general, neonatal maternal antibody of measles level in urban and rural areas of our city had reached 380.09 m IU/ml,which was lower than the domestic research results; Antibody level decreased year by year since 3 months old(χ^2=143.30, P0.000);Rural infants' measles antibody level was higher than that of urban infants(F=16.796, P0.000). Conclusion Maternal transferred measles antibody levels gradually disappear since 3 months old. As a result, infants are susceptible to measles. Consideration should be given in advance for infants and women of childbearing age to be boosted in measles vaccines so as to control the incidence of young age measles.
