摘  要:目的为全面、真实、准确掌握吉安市某工业园区周边自然村的儿童血铅状况,为突发公共卫生事件的处置提供可靠信息,以便科学决策。方法吉安市妇幼保健院于2012年7月3-9日,采用原子吸收光谱法,全面筛查了该工业园区周边590例(男335例,女255例)儿童静脉血铅。结果本次筛查儿童血铅均值为(62.4±28.3)μg/L,儿童血铅正常率95.3%,高铅血症25例,铅中毒3例,血铅超标率4.7%;儿童血铅性别差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),0~6岁组与7~17岁组血铅差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),DW村儿童血铅与其他自然村比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),但其血铅超标率20.6%低于中国城市儿童平均29.91%的水平。结论该工业园区周边自然村儿童血铅整体水平正常,不存在园区铅污染造成群体性儿童铅中毒事件。Objective To know the blood lead of children in villages around industrial area of Ji'an city in order to provide reliable information for the treatment of public health emergencies. Methods 590 children(335 males and 255 females) living around industry areas were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry for blood lead in the Ji'an Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital in July 2012. Results The average concentration of blood lead in children was(62.4±28.3) μg/L. and the normal rate was 95.3%,with 25 cases exceeding the standard and 3 cases with lead poisoning, of which the exceeding rate was 4.7%. There was no statistical significance in the blood lead of different genders(P〉0.05). There were significant difference in the blood lead between the0 ~ 6 years old group and the 7-17 age group(P〈0.01). There was a statistical significance in the blood lead between the children living in DW area and the other ones living in natural villages(P〈0.01), but the exceeding rate of the children living in DW area was20.6%, which was lower than the national average of 29.91%. Conclusion The overall blood lead in children living around industrial area is at normal level, and there is no lead pollution in children.
