摘 要:目的观察不同剂量复方苦豆子对自发性高血压复合高脂血症大鼠血压、血脂和体重的影响。方法 48只自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)大鼠喂饲高脂饲料建模,4周后随机分为5组:模型组,复方苦豆子高、中、低剂量组(11.13,5.56,2.78 g/(kg·d)),阳性对照组,另9只SHR为对照组,10只Wistar大鼠为正常对照组。试验8周。给药前、给药1、2、4、6、8周测大鼠体重和收缩压(SBP);给药前、给药4、8周测大鼠血浆胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果与模型组比较,药物高、中剂量组SBP,TC,TG,LDL-C明显降低(P<0.01),体重和HDL-C水平明显升高(P<0.01)。结论复方苦豆子对自发性高血压复合高脂血症大鼠具有降压、调脂作用,同时减缓模型大鼠体重的降低。Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of compound Kudouzi on blood pressure, blood lipids and body weight in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) combined with hyperlipidemia. Methods Rat model of SHR combined with hyperlipidemia was established with 48 SHR fed high-fat diet. The model rats were randomly divided into model group, compound Kudouzi high, medium and low dose groups, positive control group, normal Wistar rats group(n=10) and SHR control group(n=9).The systolic blood pressures(SBP) and body weight were measured before and after administration(at 1th, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8thweeks); total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) in plasma were measured before and after administration(at 4th, 8thweeks). Results Compared with model group, SBP, TC, TG, LDL-C significantly decreased in high and middle doses of compound Kudouzi, HDL-C and body weight increased at the same time(P〈0.01). Conclusion Compound Kudouzi can reduce blood pressure, regulate blood lipids and improve lower body weight in model rats.
