摘　　要：报告1例泛发型神经性皮炎样蕈样肉芽肿。患者男,55岁。周身相继出现大小不等的红色斑丘疹伴瘙痒,3年余,加重半月。在外间断自涂激素软膏、口服强的松片(具体用量不详)治疗效果不佳。近半月来,皮疹明显增多,范围增大,瘙痒加剧。组织病理检查显示:皮肤组织表皮未见明显病变,真皮层散在及灶状淋巴单核细胞增生浸润,个别多核细胞形成,细胞有一定异型性;免疫组化提示:CD3(+)、CD4(+)、CD8(+),病变符合蕈样肉芽肿,进一步经北医三院证实后给予COP化疗配合干扰素的疗程治疗。目前仍在随访中。This work was to report a case of the generalazed neurodermatitis mushroom-like granulomus. Patient is a male of 55 years old. Red rash of various sizes accompanied with pruritus appeared in succession all over the body for three years, and the symptom has exacerbated for two weeks. The patient applied steroid ointment and administered oral prednisone with unknown dosages by himself. In recent two weeks, the coverage of rash significantly increased and itching intensified. Histopathological examination showed no obvious lesion; dermis scattered, lymph monocytes hyperplasia infiltrated, individual nucleus cell formated;immunohistochemistry study detected CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋ lesions. The manifestation was consistent with mycosis fungoides, which was further confirmed by No.3 Hospital of Beijing University. Therefore, the patient was treated with cop chemotherapy combined with interferon. The efficacy of the treatment was still under follow-up.
