摘 要:以感染宿根矮化病毒的甘蔗粤糖60号和新台糖22号植株为材料,研究温汤处理与腋芽综合脱毒方式对两个品种农艺性状、品质和产量的影响,并对健康种苗的假植基质进行了研究。结果表明:新台糖22号健康种苗的萌芽率、分蘖率与有效茎数与常规种苗无明显差异,但前期株高显著高于常规种苗,收获期茎长、单茎重、有效茎数和产量均显著高于常规种苗,其中产量提高42%,蔗糖分提高0.41个百分点;粤糖60号健康种苗的萌芽率、分蘖率、前期株高和有效茎数均显著高于常规种苗,收获期单茎重、有效茎数和蔗茎产量亦均显著高于常规种苗,其中产量提高18.4%,蔗糖分提高0.34个百分点;粤糖60号常规种苗产量比新台糖22号高44.3%、蔗糖分比新台糖22号高0.94个百分点;粤糖60号健康种苗产量比新台糖22号高20.2%、蔗糖分比新台糖22号高0.87个百分点。此外,以表层细河沙(1-2 cm)、底层虑泥为基质的露天假植模式可以使种苗假植的成活率高达98%以上。Sugarcane Yuetang 60 and Roc 22 were virus-freed by hot water treatment and axillary buds detoxifying treatment, and the survival rates of transplanting, qualities and yields of them were analyzed. The result showed that the germination rate, tiller rate and the number of effective stems of Roc 22 healthy seedlings made no significant difference from the conventional ones in the earlier stage, but the plant height of healthy seedings were much higher than the general ones;In the harvest stage, the stem length, single-stem weight, number of effective stem and yield of healthy seedlings were significantly higher than concentional ones; Among then, the cane yield and the sucrose content increased by 42% and0.41%, respectively. In addition, the germination rate, tiller rate, plant height and the number of effective stems of healthy Yuetang 60 seedlings were significantly higher than the general ones in the earlier stage; In the harvest stage, the single-stem weight, number of effective stem and the yield of healthy seedlings were also much higher than the general ones; the cane yield and the sucrose content increased by 18.4% and 0.34%, respectively. The cane yield of Yuetang 60 conventional seedings increased by 44.3% and the sucrose content increased by 0.94% compared to Roc 22; The cane yield of healthy Yuetang 60 seedlings increased by 20.2% and the sucrose content increased by 0.87%. In addition, the reseach indicated that the survival rate of temporary planting could reach 98% when cultivated with fine river sand(1-2 centimeters) on the surface and filter mud on the base as a base fertilizer in the subsurface soil in the outside.
