摘 要:在对2011—2012年城郊与农区蔬菜投入产出效率进行比较分析的基础上,利用VAR模型对1998—2012年城郊蔬菜投入产出关系进行协整检验、脉冲响应和方差分解。比较分析表明:城郊蔬菜投入产出效益在下降,农区投入产出效益在增加;实证分析表明,蔬菜种植人工成本与物质费用均和蔬菜收益存在长期稳定关系,但蔬菜种植收益自身存在一定滞后效应,其次是物质费用,人工成本影响最小。完善蔬菜投入保障机制、提高农民素质和创新能力、加大技术投入是改善城郊蔬菜投入产出关系的重要手段。Based on the comparative analysis between suburban and rural vegetables in 2011-2012, the input-output relationship of suburban vegetable from 1998 to 2012 was analyzed using cointegration test, impulse response function and variance decomposition. The comparative analysis showed that: suburban vegetable input-output efficiency was in decline,rural vegetable input-output efficiency was rised; The empirical analysis shows that: vegetable planting labor costs and material costs existed long-term stable relationship with vegetable yields, but the vegetable yield itself had a certain lag effect, the second was material cost, the last was labor cost. So establish and improve the safeguard mechanism, enhance the quality and innovation ability, increase the technical inputs are important measures to improve the relations between input and output of suburban vegetable.
