摘　　要：目的：报道带指背神经的邻指皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损的方法与疗效。方法：回顾性分析应用邻指皮瓣修复手指末节指腹缺损28例患者的预后及功能情况。结果：术后26例皮瓣完全存活，2例皮瓣部分坏死。术后随访3～6个月，平均4个月，皮瓣的血运、质地均良好。结论：带指背神经邻指皮瓣是修复手指末节指腹缺损理想皮瓣。Objective：To report the methods and treatment outcome of the cross-finger flap with dorsal digital nerves for repair of dig-ital pulp defect in fingertips.Methods：Thirty cases with digital pulp defects on the palmar side of fingers, skin defect of finger pulp of the distal segment of fingers were repaired by the cross-finger flap with dorsal digital nerves.Results：Twenty-eight flaps survived totally. There was partial necrosis in 2 cases.The follow-up ranged from 3 to 6 months, postoperatively with a mean of 4 months.The results showed the blood supplying and texture of flap was satisfactory.Conclusion：The cross-finger flap with dorsal digital nerves was an opti-mal procedure for repair of skin defect of fingers.
