摘  要:油田产出液污水处理是注水生产的关键所在,通过水质分析,该水质主要表现为矿化度高、铁含量高、CO2含量及PH值低的特点,水质极不稳定,腐蚀性很强。电化学水处理技术利用污水高矿化度,电解产生·OH、O、H2O2、Cl2(ClO-)等强氧化性物质,杀灭细菌,氧化Fe2+、S2-离子成为Fe3+和S单质并沉淀去除,实现水质稳定,平均腐蚀速率降低到0.031 mm/a,并结合油田生产实际设计的用于电化学预氧化技术处理污水的新工艺流程,现场试验取得满意效果,在跟踪研究中实现了良性循环。所在用的电化学预氧化技术机理和设计的新工艺流程为油田企业提供了一定的借鉴作用。Oilfield produced liquid sewage treatment is the key to water injection production. The water quality analysis shows that the oilfield produced liquid has the characteristics of high salinity, high iron content, low CO2 content and low PH value, its water quality is extremely unstable, and has strong corrosive. The electrochemical water treatment technology is to use sewage’s high salinity to electrolytically produce ·OH and O, H2O2, Cl2(ClO-) strong oxidizing substances which can kill bacteria, and oxidize Fe2+and S- ions to Fe3+ and S to be removed by precipitation, so the average corrosion rate reduce to 0.031 mm/a. In this paper, combined with the actual oil field production, the new electrochemical preoxidation process for sewage treatment was designed; on-site test obtained satisfactory effect. The mechanism of electrochemical preoxidation technology and design of the new technological process for oil field sewage treatment can provide a reference for other oilfield enterprises.
