摘　　要：钢制化工容器强度计算规定中给出了设备法兰的当量计算压力公式,本文通过分析认为应该区别对待其中的长期载荷和短期载荷,这样在能保证安全的情况下减低制造成本,提高经济效益。The equivalent pressure calculation formula of the flange has been provided in the calculation of steel chemical vessel strength. In this paper, it’s pointed out that the long-term load and the short-term load should be treated distinctively, which can decrease manufacturing cost to improve economic benefits in the premise of ensuring the safety.
