摘  要:通过水力学模型试验,分析了不同喷吹方式下鱼雷罐熔池内的流动状态,研究了不同喷吹方式下鱼雷罐喷吹脱硫动力学条件的差异以及工艺参数对熔池混匀时间的影响规律。结果表明:喷吹方式对鱼雷罐脱硫动力学条件影响较大;试验条件下,相同工况不同喷吹方式下熔池混匀时间相差幅度达37%;不同插入深度下,三种喷吹方式对熔池动力学条件的影响规律不尽相同;研究开发新型喷吹方式,避免喷吹气泡上浮过程中的冲撞融合与缩短喷口至两端死区距离,可以降低熔池混匀时间,改善鱼雷罐喷吹脱硫动力学条件。The flow state and the difference of dynamic conditions by three injecting modes were studied. And the effect of process parameters on mixing time was also engaged in research by hydraulic model experiment. The experiment results show that injecting mode is closely related with dynamics condition of hot metal desulphurization in torpedo ladle car; there is an mixing time difference of 37% between different modes in same condition; the influence law of mode is changed with insert depth of lance; dynamics condition of hot metal desulphurization in torpedo ladle car can be improved by researching new in injecting mode, avoiding the mutual influence of two blowing gas-liquid flows and shorting the distance between nozzle of lance and dead zone in pool.
