人性化护理对未婚异位妊娠手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理在未婚异位妊娠手术患者中的应用。方法将104例患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予人性化护理;比较两组患者术前常见心理问题、术中配合程度以及患者满意度。结果观察组患者术中配合程度以及病人满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论术前、术中针对性的人性化护理是患者身心舒适、积极配合手术的保证;人性化护理可促进患者术后的恢复,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To discuss the application of the humanistic nursing care for unmarried ectopic pregnancy patients. Methods 104 patients were randomized to the control group with usual nursing care and the observing group with humanistic nursing care. The patients＇ cooperation during surgery and satisfaction in both groups were compared. Results The patients＇ cooperation during surgery and satisfaction in observing group had a obvious advantage than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The humanistic nursing care could make the patients feel comfortable in ectopic pregnancy operation. The patients could take a positive compounding in the operation, make a faster regain and raise the satisfaction degree to the nursing care.
