摘 要:探讨乙基纤维素对硅基太阳电池正面电极银浆的粘度、电极栅线纵横比、银膜致密度以及电阻率等性能影响。研究结果表明:随着乙基纤维素含量的增大,银浆粘度增大,而银浆的电阻率及烧结后电极银膜的致密程度均都随其呈先增大后减小的趋势,当有机载体中乙基纤维素的质量分数为8%时,硅基太阳电池电极栅线纵横比为0.26,银浆烧结后银膜光滑致密,电阻率仅为8.00μΩ·cm。Influence of ethyl cellulose on properties which included the viscosity of silver paste, the aspect ratio of finger lines, the dense degree of silver film and resistivity was explored. Results showed that viscosity of silver paste increases with the increasing content of ethyl cellulose, but the trends of the resistivity of silver paste and the dense degree of silver film which first increases and then decreases with it was presented. When the ethyl cellulose in the organic vehicle was as high as 8%, the finger lines had aspect ratio of 0.26 and the silver film was smooth and compact, as well as silver paste had only resistivity of 8.00 μΩ· cm.
