摘　　要：目的研究太白山地区白檀(Symplocos paniculata)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱,结合重结晶等方法分离纯化化合物,并通过化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其化学结构。结果从白檀中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为β-豆甾醇(1)、蒲公英赛醇(2)、19-α-羟基-3-O-乙酰熊果酸(3)、熊果酸(4)、3-氧代-19α,23,24-三羟基熊果-12-烯-28-酸(5)、正三十碳酸(6)和胡萝卜苷(7)。结论这7个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1,2,3,5,6和7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective To study on the chemical components of Symplocos paniculata in Taibai Mountains. Methods The compounds from Symplocos paniculata were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectra analysis. Results Seven compounds were obtained and identified as β-Stigmasterol（1）,epitaraxerol（2）,19α-hydroxyl acetylursolic acid（3）,ursolic acid（4）,3-oxo-19α,23,24-trihydroxy urs-12-en-28-oic acid（5）,n-triacontanoic acid（6） and daucosterol（7）.Conclusion All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Meanwhile,all compounds except compound 4 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
