摘  要:目的优选穿龙薯蓣地上部分总黄酮提取工艺并测定不同产地总黄酮的含量,为制定穿龙薯蓣的质量标准提供参考数据。方法采用正交试验法,以总黄酮提取率和总黄酮含量为指标,并以紫外分光光度法进行总黄酮含量测定。结果优选的最佳工艺为:加入30倍量体积分数为85%的乙醇,浸泡4 h,提取40 min;在最佳工艺下不同产地穿龙薯蓣地上部分总黄酮含量间有差异,且具有一定的相关性。结论实验方法准确、可靠、效率高,可有效的评价不同产地穿龙薯蓣地上部分总黄酮的品质。Objective To select the optimal extracting procedure of total flavonoids from the aerial parts of Dioscorea nipponica and determinate the total flavonoids from different place of production,to provide reference data for formulating quality standard of Dioscorea nipponica. Methods The procedure was selected with the contents of total flavonoids determinated by UV spectrophotometry and extraction efficiency of total flavonoids from Dioscorea nipponica by orthogonal test design. Results The optimal extracting procedure was using 30 times 85% of the volume fraction of ethanol,macerating 4 hours and extracting 40 minutes; the contents of total flavonoids from the aerial parts of Dioscorea nipponica was different and have a certain correlation by using optimal process. Conclusion The method was accurately,reliably and effectively,it can evaluate the quality of total flavonoids from the aerial parts of Dioscorea nipponica from different place of production efficiently.
