石斛辅助治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨铁皮石斛辅助治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙肝患者临床效果及其细胞因子变化的关系。方法对113例慢性乙肝患者在常规治疗的基础上,用铁皮石斛处方,连用6周,观察ALT正常率、HBVDNA转阴率和HBeAg血清学转换率、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平,并与110例常规治疗组和30例健康体检者比较。结果治疗组HBV DNA转阴率和HBeAg清学转换率分别为38.1%和19.5%,较对照组的24.5%和10.0%高(P<0.05),治疗组ALT正常率为98.2%与对照组的97.3%比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组IL-2水平低于健康组(P<0.01),IL-4和IL-10水平高于健康组(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组IL-2、IL-4和IL-10与健康组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组IL-2、IL-4和IL-10水平均有好转,但与健康组比较差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论铁皮石斛可提高HBeAg阳性慢性乙肝患者的ALT正常率、HBVDNA转阴率和HBeAg清学转换率,有效改善患者的IL-2、IL-4和IL-10紊乱,对减轻患者的症状,减少并发症的发生,促进患者康复等有辅助治疗作用。Objective To discuss iron in the adjuvant treatment of caulis dendrobii HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis b patients clinical effect and cytokine changes. Methods In 113 cases of chronic hepatitis b patients on the basis of routine therapy,with metal caulis dendrobii prescription,amuse 6 weeks,observe the ALT turn rate,HBV DNA turn rate and HBeAg conversion,interleukin-2（IL-2） and interleukin 4 and interleukin-4（IL-4） to interleukin-10（IL-10） level,and 110 cases with conventional treatment group and 30 cases of healthy physical examination were compared. Results Treatment group HBV DNA turn rate and HBeAg conversion rates were 38. 1% and 19. 5% respectively,compared with the control group were 24. 5% and 10. 0% of high（P〈0. 05）,treatment group ALT turn rate was 98. 2% compared with 97. 3% in the control group differences no statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Two groups before treatment level of IL-2 is lower than the healthy group（P〈0. 01）,IL-4 and IL-10 levels higher than the healthy group（P〈0. 01）,treatment group after treatment IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 there was no statistically significant difference compared with the healthy group（P〉0. 05）,the control group IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 level are improved,but still compared with healthy group differences have statistical significance（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo can improve HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis b patients ALT normal rate,HBV DNA turn rate and HBeAg conversion rate,effectively improve the patient＇s IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 disorder,to reduce the patient＇s symptoms,reduce complications,promote patients recovery and so on have auxiliary therapy effect.
