摘　　要：通过查阅近年来国内外相关文献,对乌药挥发油的化学成分及药理作用等进行了分析和总结。乌药为我国临床常用的中草药,其挥发油具有抗菌、抗肿瘤和调节胃肠功能等作用。该文从各部位挥发油的化学成分及药理作用对近年来乌药挥发油的研究进行综述,为其合理研究开发提供科学依据。The chemical composition and pharmacological activity of Lindera strychnifolia essential oil were analyzed and summarized through the reference literature in recent years. The root of Lindera strychnifolia is known in traditional Chinese medicine as Wu-Yao and possesses bioactivities,such as antimicrobial activity,antitumor activity and gastrointestinal function adjustment.This article reviews the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of essential oils from various parts of Lindera strychnifolia through the related papers in recent years. It is aimed to provide scientific basis for the rational research and development of Lindera strychnifolia essential oil.
