摘  要:目的探讨光照强度对忍冬花蕾大小和金银花药材质量的影响。方法光照强度采用照度计测定;花蕾长度和宽度采用游标卡尺测定;花蕾干重采用分析天平称重;绿原酸和木犀草苷含量参照《中国药典》(2010版)一部,采用HPLC法测定。结果不同光照强度下,忍冬花蕾长、花蕾宽、花蕾干重及绿原酸和木犀草苷含量均表现为:CK(全光照)>65%CK>55%CK>18%CK,全光照条件下所测各项指标均表现为最大。结论充足的光照有利于提高金银花药材的质量,增加金银花的花蕾干重。Objective To discuss the influence of light intensities on bud size and the contents of active constituents of Flos Lonicera japonica. Methods The light intensity was measured by illuminance-meter. The length and width of the buds was measured by caliper and the weight was measured by electronic analytical balance. The contents of the chlorogenic acid and galuteolin was determined by HPLC method according to Chinese pharmacopoeia(edition 2010). Results Under different light intensities,the length,width and weight as well as the content of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin were as follows:CK(full sunlight) 〉65% CK〉 55% CK 〉18% CK,in another words,the index measured under full sunlight was best. Conclusion Enough illumination is necessary for increasing the weight of bud as well as improving the quality of Flos Lonicera japonica.
