摘　　要：目的确定葛根的最佳采收期,为葛根规模化生产提供一定的依据。方法采用HPLC法,以葛属特有的化学成分葛根素的含量为依据,确定葛根的最佳采收期。结果 11月中旬左右采集的葛根的葛根素含量最高。结论初步论证了"不到11(月)不挖葛,过了11(月)不挖葛"的民间说法,为确定葛根的最佳采收期提供理论依据。Objective To make sure the best time to havest to provide the evidence on the production of Lobed Kudzuvine Root.Methods HPLC was applied to determine the contents of puerarin in Lobed Kudzuvine Root from different places with different time. Results The highest average contents of puerarin was found in Lobed Kudzuvine Root collected in the middle of November.Conclusion The results confirmed the saying that Lobed Kudzuvine Root should not be collected before or after November,which was helpful to define the best time to havest of Lobed Kudzuvine Root.
