摘　　要：本文分析中心医院在研究型医院建设工作中存在的困难,介绍所在医院以做好长远谋划、夯实建设基础、鼓励创新转化、确保质量安全为抓手,全面推进研究型医院建设和取得的实际效果。探讨中心医院在研究型医院建设中需要把握的主要问题,旨在为中心医院开展研究型医院建设工作提供参考。The construction of central hospitals are confronted with the challenges from multiple military duties and increasing market competition pressure. In order to meet the challenges, a strategic goal of establishing research- oriented hospital was promoted in military central hospital construction. In this study, we analyzed the difficulties encountered in the construction work, introduced the successful practices of focusing on long - term planning, basis strengthening, innovation and transformation encouraging and summarized the accomplishments in an attempt to recognizing the primary problems in research -oriented hospital construction and provide reference for central hospital management.
