摘　　要：本研究通过对军队医院非战争军事行动卫勤保障预案内容框架的探析,结合演练实际,采用专家咨询、层次分析等方法建立评价指标体系,在此基础上建立模糊综合评价模型,并对部分医院预案进行评估,发现存在问题,并指导修订。In the article, the authors analyzed for military operations other than war. Combining with AHP, the authors established evaluation index system. evaluate some preplans. We found some problems and the framework and content of health service support preplans practical exercises, using the method of expert advice and Then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was build to revised the guidance.
