摘　　要：目的分析军队研究型医院资源转化情况及投入产出相对效率。方法调查了4所军队研究型医院2012年度投入产出数据,运用数据包络分析方法对相对效率进行测算。结果研究对象中,有2所医院分别在医疗服务产出和医学科研产出上存在转化低效率损失。结论军队研究型医院资源转化的总体效率较高,仍须提升规模效率以实现更佳的资源转化。Objective Analyze the resource transformation and input - output relative efficiency of military hospitals. Material and Methodology Input - output data of 4 military research - based hospitals were investiga- ted and Data Envelopment Analysis was used to measure the relative efficiency. Results and Discussion 2 military research- based hospitals suffered inefficiency in the aspects of medical service delivery and medical scientific re- search. Conclusion Overall efficiency of military research - based hospitals is satisfactory, but scale efficiency needs to be improved to realize a better resource transformation.
