摘　　要：本文简要介绍了组织结构的类别和特征,利用层次分析法的基本原理,以示例的形式,为军队医院选择项目管理的组织结构模式,建立决策模型。The article introduces the sorts and characters of the organization structure, and uses the princi- ple of AHP in the form of demonstration, so as to set up the decision method for selecting models of organizational structure in hospital＇s project management.
