摘　　要：目的探索研究特战条件下维和部队生活饮用水卫生保障特点及应采取的保障、管理对策,以确保维和部队生活用水安全。方法根据赴南苏丹维和部队驻地环境特点及水质保障难点,通过详尽的调查、研究,制订相对完善的生活用水保障方式及水卫生管理策略。结果 2006—2012年我赴南苏丹维和部队共十一批31个分队及其所有保障部队及其他所有相关人员生活用水安全,未发生一起水质污染及水源性传染病发生事件。结论通过科学的选择水源、严格水卫生各环节管理等完善的保障策略,可有效确保特战环境下维和部队生活用水安全。Objective To discuss the hygienic support measures of living and drinking water for PKF to ensure the safety. Methods The environment of WAUOA and difficulties of water support were analyzed, then support methods were proposed of living water and water hygienic management. Results There is no water pollu- tion and water transmitted infectious disease event happened in our PKF in the past seven years. Conclusion We can ensure the safety of living water in special conditions by scientific selection of source water, strict hygienic man- agement of water and setting up reasonable support strategies.
