摘　　要：目的探讨军民融合模式下海上医疗救护演练中实战化伤员化妆技术,为建立军地融合模式下的海上医疗救护演练标准工作流程提供借鉴。方法根据演练任务进行化妆用品准备;组织进行模拟伤员相关技能培训;制定标准化妆工作流程。结果大批模拟伤员化妆组织有序、迅速,伤情模拟逼真,贴近实战,为实现海上医疗救护的实战化、模块化、信息化、标准化要求发挥了积极的作用。结论实战化伤员化妆技术的实施有助于医务人员快速检伤分类、展开救治,更好的达到训练目标,从而提高医疗队员在现代战争海战伤的医疗救护能力。Objective To investigate the dressing technology of the wounded in civil - military joint mari- time medical aid exercise, in order to establish the standard operation procedures under the mode of civil - military combination. Methods To prepare the articles for the wounded makeup according to the practice tasks; To train the related skills for the simulation of the wounded cosmetic ; To formulate the standard operation procedures for the wounded makeup. Results The wounded makeup was carried out with order, quickly and high simulated. To for- mulate the standard operation procedures for the wounded makeup standardization requirements has played a posi- tive role. Conclusion The wounded makeup skill benefits to the quick triage of medical staff, carries out medical treatment, achieve the training goal, so as to improve the medical treatment quality, so as to render the battlefield atmosphere, flexibly improve medical teams modern naval war injury medical ability and better achieve the training goals.
