从“环太-2014”军演看美军卫勤演习特点及对我军的启示

摘　　要：笔者作为"和平方舟"号医院船海上医院卫勤指挥组主要成员,全程参与"环太-2014"军演,从演习中的所见所闻出发,总结美军组织开展卫勤演练及国际交流过程中,在工作、生活、管理、文化等方面的特点,并对我军未来开展多样化军事任务卫勤保障工作提出建议。As major members of the medical command department of sea hospital on the ＂Peace Ark＂ hos- pital ship, the authors involved with all aspects of the medical part in the ＂Rim Of The Pacific - 2014＂ military exercise. The article starts from what the authors have seen and heard in the military drills, and summarizes the characteristics of management, culture, medical practice, daily life and other aspects of U. S. military medical service, through the organization to carry out the medical practice and in the process of international communication. Based on these summaries, the article also offers a proposal to the future medical support for multiple military tasks.
