摘 要:[目的]建立分散固相萃取-气相色谱法快速检测水产品中氟虫腈和丁烯氟虫腈残留的分析方法。[方法]样品用乙腈水溶液均质提取,提取液经中性氧化铝和PSA混合粉末净化后用GC-滋ECD检测分析,采用外标法定量。[结果]方法的检出限(S/N=3)为0.8~0.9滋g/kg,以活鳗和北美对虾为基质样品,当加标水平为10滋g/kg时,平均回收率为83.9%~87.3%,相对标准偏差为3.3%~3.6%;当加标水平为20滋g/kg时,平均回收率为84.2%~88.4%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~3.3%。[结论]该方法操作简单便捷,成本低廉,满足水产品中氟虫腈和丁烯氟虫腈残留检测的要求。[Aims] A method for the rapid determination of fipronil and flufiprole residues in aquatic products by gas chromatography with dispersive solid phase extraction was proposed. [Methods] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and the extractives were purified by alumina-N and PSA as dispersive solid phase extraction mixed power.The detection was performed by GC-uECD with external standard method. [Results] The detection limit(S/N=3)was in the range of 0.8-0.9 ug/kg. The substrate samples were eel and North American prawn. With the addition concentration of 10 ug/kg, the recovery rate was 83.9-87.3%, and the relative standard deviation was 3.3-3.6%. With the addition concentration of 20 ug/kg, the recovery rate was 84.2-88.4%, and the relative standard deviation was3.1-3.3%. [Conclusions] The method is simple, convenient, low-cost and satisfied for detection of fipronil and flufiprole residues in aquatic products.
