摘 要:[目的]建立唑酮草酯在12种蔬菜中的分析方法。[方法]样品经乙腈涡旋提取后,弗罗里矽柱小柱净化,GC-滋ECD测定。[结果]方法最小定量限(LOQ)为10滋g/kg,蔬菜中唑酮草酯的平均添加回收率为85.94%~112.56%,相对标准偏差为0.98%~10.95%。[结论]该方法简单、高效和准确度好,能够满足农药残留分析和相关限量要求。[Aims] A method was developed to analyse carfentrazone-ethyl residue in vegetables. [Methods] The samples were vortex extracted with acetonitrile for 3 mins, then the extract was cleaned-up by solid-phase extraction(SPE) with Florisil and analysed by gas chromatography-electron capture detector(GC-ECD). [Results] The limit of quantitation(LOQ) of the method was 10 ug/kg. The recoveries of carfentrazone-ethyl in vegetables were all between85.94 and 112.56%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.98-10.95%. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of simple, efficient and high accuracy, which can satisfy the demand of pesticide residue analysis and maximum residue limit(MRL) of carfentrazone-ethyl.
