摘　　要：目的探讨老年股骨转子间骨折的手术方法及围手术期处理原则。方法采用小切口PFNA钉治疗老年股骨转子问骨折23例。结果23例均获随访，时间6-15月．骨折全部愈合，无内固定松动断裂，髋关节功能按Harris评分标准：优15例，良7例，差1例，优良率95．6％。结论该方法操作简便，切口小，创伤小，出血少，固定牢靠，有利于患者早期恢复，是治疗老年股骨转子间骨折较理想的方法。Objective To explore the operation method of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly and peri operation period processing principle. Methods Using small incision PFNA nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in 23 cases. Results 23 cases were followed lip, 6 - 15 months, all fractures healed, no internal fixation loosening and fracture, hip function according to standard of Harris score： excellent in 15 cases, good in 7 cases. Poor in 1 cases, the excellent and good rate was 95.6 percent. Conclusions The method has the advantages of simple operation, small incision, less trauma, less bleeding, reliable fixation, is beneficial to patients with early recovery, is an ideal method for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients.
