摘　　要：以胀套的内弹性环为例进行胀套优化设计,首先通过参数设置、建立目标函数和满足约束条件等步骤来建立Z9型胀套的数学模型,然后运用Matlab对其进行优化设计,得出优化结果,为胀套的优化设计提供依据。The inner elastic ring of taper-lock bushing is taken as an example to perform optimal design.First of all, the Z9 taper-lock bushing mathematical model is built through parameter setting,establishment of target function,and meeting constraint conditions,and other steps;then optimal design is made using Matlab to get the optimal result,provi-ding basis for further optimal design of the taper-lock bushing.
