摘　　要：低温环境下冰冻鼓胀和冷脆开裂是起重设备等钢结构的常见而易被忽视的破坏。文中通过实际案例和实验,分析了故障发生的原因和机理,提出在设计中应重视材料的选用,以及在制造过程中采取的工艺措施,保证了设备的本质安全。Frozen drum deformation and cold cracking is the common damages easy to be neglected in hoisting equip-ment and other steel structure under low-temperature environment.Through actual practices and experiment,the paper ana-lyzes fault reason and mechanism,puts forward the necessity of attaching importance to material in design,and the process-ing measures to be taken during production,in order to guarantee equipment safety.
