摘　　要：针对地铁弹簧制动筒体开发试制、批量生产过程中存在的铸造缺陷(针孔、缩松、渣孔)和工艺不足进行了研究与探讨,并经过实践改进,提高了筒体工艺的稳定性,确保了产品质量。Foundry technology stability of metro spring brake barrel has been improved with guaranteed products quality in practice after research and investigation of casting defects such as pinhole, shrinkage porosity and slag blowhole as well as shortcomings of casting technology existent in developing, trial production and mass production.
