摘 要:根据矿井提升机电传动系统的特点,研究了基于双PWM变流器电励磁同步电动机矢量控制调速方案,分析了基于VOC的PWM整流器和基于气隙磁场定向矢量控制电励磁同步电动机调速的工作机理。基于Matlab平台对147kW电机提升下放一个工作循环系统作了详细仿真。仿真试验结果表明此方案能够满足提升机四象限调速运行,具有能量双向流动,保持网侧高功率因数的优点。According to unsatisfactory actuality of adjustable-speed drive system in minehoists,a new speed adjusting scheme using dual PWM inverter-fed electrically excited synchro-nous motor vector control system was put forward to replace the traditional scheme. Principle ofPWM rectifier based on VOC and electrically excited synchronous motor speed adjust ment basedon air-gap magnetic field oriented vector control was analyzed. Taken hoist of 200 Ps as an exam-ple, this system's working situation during one lifting and laying down cyclic process was simula-ted in detail by Matlab. The results show that this scheme can meet the requirements of hoistfour-quadrant speed adjusting, with the advantage of two-way flow of energy and high power fac-tor.
