摘 要:目的:了解血中5种元素含量与0-6岁儿童体格、智能、行为发育的关系。方法:采用BH5300原子吸收光谱仪对751名0-6岁儿童进行血中铜、锌、钙、镁、铁等元素含量检测和体格发育测量,采用婴幼儿智能发育测验(CDCC)对299名0-2岁儿童进行智能发育检查,采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)对3-6岁452名儿童进行行为发育调查。结果:婴幼儿血中锌含量明显低于学龄前儿童,钙明显高于学龄前儿童;血锌随着体重评价等级的增高呈下降趋势;血中锌和铁含量与儿童运动发育指数(PDI)之间呈明显的正相关,锌含量与智能发育指数(MDI)呈明显正相关。结论:儿童血中钙、锌含量与年龄有关,锌和铁含量对儿童智能发育有一定的影响。Objective: To understand the relationship between five elements in blood and physical, intelligent, behavioral development of 0 -6 -yearold children. Methods: BH5300 atomic absorption spectrometer was used to measure the concentrations of copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron in blood and physical development of 751 children aged 0 -6 years old; CDCC was used to evaluate intelligent development of 299 children aged 0 - 2 years old ; CBCL was used to investigate behavioral development of 452 children aged 3 - 6 years old. Results: Blood zinc concentration in infants was significantly lower than that in preschool children, which showed a decreasing trend with the increase of body weight. Blood zinc and iron concentrations were significantly positively correlated with psychomotive development index (PDI), blood zinc concentration was significantly correlated with mental developmental index (MDI) . Conclusion: Blood calcium and zinc concentrations are associated with age, zinc and iron concentrations have certain impacts on intelligent development of children.
