针刺日月穴对胆囊炎患者胆囊收缩功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺日月穴对胆囊收缩功能的影响,用以证明穴位的特异性,以指导临床对胆囊疾病的治疗。方法:33例胆囊炎患者于针刺前后超声检查,常规测量胆囊大小。结果:针刺日月穴后胆囊大小均有不同程度的改变,经统计学处理有差异(P<0.01)。结论:针刺"日月"穴可使胆囊炎患者胆囊运动功能增强,利于胆汁排泄、炎症恢复。Objective： To investigate the effect of acupuncture at RiYue acupoints on gallbladder contraction function, so as to demonstrate the specificity of acupoint and to guide the clinical treatment of gallbladder disease. Method： 33 cases of patients with cholecystitis were respectively divided into the acupuncture group and the control group, ultrasound examination were received before and after acupuncture to routinly measure the size of gallbladder. Result ： After the acupuncture at RiYue acupoints, the sizes of gallbladders were changed in differ- ent degree, and there are differences after statistical processing （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： The acupuncture at RiYue acupoints can enhance gallbladder motor function of patients with cholecystitis, which is beneficial to bile excretion and eliminating inflammation.
