摘　　要：人的现代化不仅包括知识、技能的现代化,也包括人的价值观念、思维方式,乃至人的生活方式的现代化。社会现代化与人的现代化是同一过程的两个侧面。我国人的现代化的实现必须基于中国社会转型的实践基础和社会现代化的历史进程,它需要正确处理传统与现代以及人与其所处的现实环境等之间的关系。人的现代化的实现,是多种因素共同作用的结果,它需要我们在马克思主义理论的指导下,正确运用辩证唯物主义的思维方法对其进行分析和研究。The modernization of human being includes not only the knowledge,skills,values and the ways of thinking,even the way of life. The modernization of the society and human being is two sides of the same process. The realization of the modernization of the human being must be based on the practice basis of social transform and the historical process of social modernization in China,and it need to handle the relationship between modernity and tradition correctly,human being and his envi-ronment,with the instruction of the Marxist classical writers about the thoughts of human being’s modernization. The synthetical effect of many elements leads to the reality of the modernization of hu-man being. We need the guidance of Marxism and apply the method of dialectical materialism to ana-lyze and research it.
