中美特殊体育教育师资培养之比较研究

摘　　要：特殊体育师资培养是当前亟待解决的教育问题。本文运用文献法和比较法对中、美两国特殊体育教育师资的培养进行比较研究。研究发现两国在培养目标、培养规格、课程设置、教师任职资格等方面存在较大差距。美国在特殊体育教师师资培养上的诸多经验值得学习与借鉴。The teacher cultivation of special physical education is a great issue that should be solved urgently. This paper compares the teacher cultivation of special physical education between China and US in the approach of literature and comparison. The study finds that significant differences exist on the aspects of cultivation objective, cultivation standard, curriculum setting and teacher qualifications. Experiences from US are worth learning and using for reference.
