摘　　要：通过对社会主义全面建设初期的历史进行沉淀,我们提出了正确把握两类矛盾的区别是调动社会一切积极因素的重要前提;探讨了在党内和全民范围内持续10年思想政治教育对坚定社会主义制度自信的必要性,以及榜样凝聚时代精神、先进典型的品格魅力对人们精神塑造的深远影响;指出了思想政治教育制度建设对思想政治教育实践及学科发展具有根本性和全局性的意义。Based on the study of the overall construction of socialism in the early stage, we propose that handling differences between two types of conflicts is an important prerequisite to mobilize all positive factors in the society, discuss the necessity of a decade of continuous ideological and political education within the scope of the Party and the people in firming confidence in socialist system, talk about the far-reaching impact of advanced examples and models to people's spirit, and further point out the fundamental and overall significance of ideological and political education system construction in political education practice and academic development.
