摘  要:考察了氧化淀粉(OS)/阳离子聚合物(YJ)复合物对高度循环造纸用水的絮凝效果及废渣的抄纸性能。结果表明,OS/YJ复合物具有优良絮凝作用,其用量在100 mg/L时,絮凝效果最好。复合物中OS的氧化度对絮凝效果影响小,但YJ的相对分子质量的影响大。由OS3/YJ2复合物形成的废渣替代2%的纤维时,纸张的抗张强度提高8%,环压强度提高11%。The complexes of oxidized starch(OS) and cationic polymer(YJ) were used to investigate their flocculant performance to intensive recycled wastewater of the papermaking system. The reuse of flocculant residue in the paper was also investigated. The results showed that OS/YJ complexes exhibited good flocculant performance to the wastewater. The optimal dosage of OS/YJ complexes was 100 mg/L. Effects of the oxidation degree of OS in the complexes to the flocculant was less, and the molecular weight of YJ was significant. When 2% of the fiber to form the paper was instead by the flocculant residue, the tensile strength and the ring crush strength of the paper increased by 8% and 11% .resnectivelv.
