摘  要:地铁车辆的载荷状态在短时间内从空车变化到超员状态时,载荷急剧升高导致总风压力降低,由此可能触发总风欠压开关引起紧急制动,通过理论计算提出了增加风缸容量、在空气弹簧供风管路中增加溢流阀、提高空压机启停压力范围、降低总风欠压开关下限动作值及更换大容量空压机等5种解决方案,并分析了各方案的利弊,为解决实际问题提供参考。When the metro vehicle conveied lots of passengers, main air switch might be triggered and emergency brake might be initiated. With theoretical calculation, five measures including increasing the volume of air reservoir, pulsing overflow valve, increasing pressure range of air compressor, reducing main air switch pressure and replacing larger capacity air compressor were provided, and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed, which provided references for practical problems.
